The aim of the programme is to have successful young graduates placed on intensive 24-month graduate development programme in order to develop an in-depth knowledge of DAL’s business environment and different operations. At the end of the 24 months programme, the candidates are offered suitable employment within an accelerated career progression track and are absorbed into the talent management pool of DAL Group. However, if your aim is to have a career growth within the same field of study/degree major please note that the Graduate Programme might not cater to your needs. And you can wait for other similar opportunities within DAL that may arise in the near future.
With reference to your query, you cannot edit your application after the final submission.

You can apply for the GDP but will need to get an affidavit from the university stating that you have met the requirements of your degree.
Every Graduate is entitled to a laptop and DAL Group ITC is committed to providing employees with IT equipment and software in accordance with business needs and job requirements. All devices are inspected and audited against standardised specifications and if the device or software does not meet these standards it is the employee and line manager’s responsibility to notify the ITC Helpdesk who will endeavour to resolve issues. Depending on the supply and demand of IT equipment, a practice of recycling quality inspected IT equipment is encouraged. In the event that suitable internal stock is not available, ITC will assist with a purchase requisition for new devices.
Job rotations are determined based on the organizational needs as well as the main duties and tasks that the graduates will be carrying out during their rotations (provided by requesting Manager/Supervisor). Rotation allocations are conducted by the Group GDP office who ensures that business needs are met in accordance with GDP policies and procedures.
You will be reporting to an allocated Supervisor or Manager who will be disclosed to you at the start of your on-the-job rotation. Supervisors and managers are assigned by the Group GDP office.
As part of the GDP you will be assigned a mentor and be provided with on-the-job performance coaching by your line manager/supervisor. You are also able to request a career advisor /coach to support you with your career plan.

Work locations are distributed across all DAL Group Business units, which are primarily based in Khartoum.

We strive to implement an integrated HSE management system across the Group, which aims to improve HSE performance by cultivating behaviors, attitudes and a HSE culture of best practices.
Each applicant will be notified on the result of their application, where they will either make it through to the next round or fall-out of the selection process. This will be done via email, therefore it will be the graduate’s responsibility to check emails on a regular basis.
Applicants will need to undergo a series of assessments consisting of a English proficiency test, psychometric assessments, a presentation and a structured competency based interview. The outcomes of each assessments are used to filter candidates for final selection.
