The general stream could lead to any of the business departments. It involves a wider range of departments and functions.
Graduates in this stream receive a varied and diverse experience through being exposed to different areas of the business including but not limited to: sales and marketing, supply chain, HR, quality assurance, operations, etc.

Sales and Marketing stream focuses on promoting the products, services, and brand in order to attract and obtain new customers, whilst still meeting the needs and demands of existing customers ensuring their satisfaction with the business. Although the end goal is similar, there are a few things that distinguish sales and marketing from each other.
Marketing aims to attracting customers to the business. It involves market research and analysis, marketing campaigns, promotions, etc. that aim to increase interest in the business and what it offers as well as attracting prospects. Sales is directed more towards existing customers and prospects. Through various sales tactics, it aims to increase sales activities and generate revenues whilst increasing the Business’s market share and customer base.

Supply Chain is DAL Group’s network of suppliers, producers and distributors that delivers the product to the end user/customer.
Supply Chain Management involves handling the logistics (inbound and outbound), communicating with suppliers, forming new relationships and maintaining existing ones, controlling orders, managing distribution networks, managing and tracking inventories, sourcing and procurement, and managing internal and external stakeholders.

Digital transformation : is the process of using digital technologies to create new or modify existing business processes, culture, and customer experiences to meet changing business and market requirements.
